目前大火的不仅chatGPT, 还有其最大股东微软旗下的新必应搜索。
新必应集成了chatGPT 4.0，而且能网上搜索，可视为数据库只截至2021年的chatGPT的补充。
但出于知不知道的原因，中国境内的www.bing.com会自动跳转cn.bing.com，关键是没有chat功能，所以要翻墙访问www.bing.com国际版必应。
而且，翻墙后得以访问，然后就是漫无边际的等待waitlist，有网友称两个多月杳无音讯。
发现一条捷径可以解决这个问题：
请到outlook.live.com新申请一个帐号，挂vpn全局，国家/地区选择美国。
用此帐号到www.bing.com登录（仍是全局vpn，且要使用Edge Dev浏览器），目前2023/3/14已不能使用修改request头的插件，如已打开请悉数关闭。
登录后即见完整国际版bing，左上方有chat（聊天）字样，点击申请加入waitlist。
此种方法一般是在刚申请的outlook邮箱中秒收到通过邮件，即可正常使用new bing chat了！
登录后可保持new bing页面不关闭，vpn开pac模式即可，无需全局。
